Hi po gudeve attorneys question lang po i was involved in an arranhed marriage when i was 21 kasi buntis po ako.. Pero i dnt remember my parents signing any consent po kasi ive heard na for ages 21 and below dpt my consent signed by parents allowing their child to get married.. Now the thing is sa NSO po meron naman kmi marriage cert does it mean na registered and valid ung marriage even if d naman complete ung requirements? Is this grounds po to void the marriage?

Gud day po,ask ko po in my case naman,kinasal po kami and nun kukuha po kami ng mc sa nso,ung pangalan po ng ex ng hubby q lumabas,pero wala po naging ceremony un kasal nila na un,nagpirmahan lang daw po cla at secretary lang nakaharap nila,diba po ifile po un ng nullity? Kapag po ba nadecsyonunan na un valid na po ba kasal namin?thanks po.at gano po katagal?thanks.

I got married on February 1990 and I was 22yrs. old and my wife is 20yrs. old, kinasal kami biglaan lng without any consent from our parents and sa bahay ng huwes lng kami ikinasal also we falsify our age, ako ginawang 25yrs old and ang wife ko ginawang 23 yrs old, wala kami marriage license, pero ng icheck ko NSO naka register naman and may marriage certificate.

Question: valid po ba yung kasal namin even if may falsification sa age? and walang consent and walang marriage license?

Afaik, right after that 1998 (EDITED or 1988) changes, all registered marriage certs from NSO including bigamous in nature are assumed to be valid and existing until or unless legally proven as non-binding, annulled, non-existent, void or null in the courts of law.
