I would like to ask if the if being noisy at times is considered as a legal grounds for demotion? I am a team leader of our department and my chinese supervisor warned me if my performance didn't change i will get demoted. But i don't think it is necessary for them to demote me just because of being noisy at times. We need to talk to our officemates sometimes just to release stess and to prevent me and them from sleeping. Thank you in advance!
