I'm not a lawyer bro. Pero mi experience. Question ilang months kana sa company? Kung 6 regular kana kahit walang documentation. Masmahirap materm ang regular employee kesa sa probationary dahil may due process. Sabi mo na profile ka para sa pioneer acct tapos nagpullout ang client. Malamang mas mataas ang salary cap mo kesa sa ibang empleyado kaya e teterminate kana lang nila at hinde e reregularize. Kung dikapa regular mahirap manalo sa dole.
