Hi,

I don't trust our management, thus asking unbiased assistance here. Can I resign immediately if I recently developed a Hypertension Stage 1.

I already expressed my intention to resign immediately, presented them my medical certicate however what they want is a medical certifcate from my doctor that my illness really requires me to resign immediately.

Yes you should show proof that you are not fit for work.

Generally the company may ask you to go to a government doctor for that.
