Arresto Menor

Hello po!! Tanong ko lang po kung valid ung reason na suspension o termination dahil lang sa reason na hindi pagpasok ng holiday?? Kasi diba po kapag holiday nasa empleyado naman po ung decision kung gusto nyang pumasok o hindi.. Kasi tinatakot ako ng supervisor ko na 2 holidays na ung hindi ko pinasukan nung Feb 8 which is naka sick leave ako for 3 days.. Then nung local holiday dito sa caloocan last Feb 16.. Tapos kanina tinakot nya ako na isa pa at ma sususpend na ako kasi alam nya na may Feb 25 pa na holiday.. Sana po may makapag reply.. Kasi parang wala na sila sa lugar parang force labor na ung ginagawa ng supervisor ko sa akin.. Tsaka pinipigilan ko lang po talaga pero kung gagawin nya at iterminate ako for that reason pwede ko po ba isumbong yan sa DOLE?? Sana po may makapag reply.. Hindi po ata kasi nila naiintindihan na kaylangan din magpahinga ng tao nila.. Ung day off namin hanngang sa papel lang po (yung tipong gagawa ng work sched ng monday na may day-off then mababago kapag saturday at biglang magkakapasok ng sunday) although nakapirma ka na na day off mo ay sunday kapag di ka pumasok ay pagagalitan ka pa.. 12 hours a day ang work at sinabi ng vice president na di naman force labor ang 3 hours OT.. Pero di ka naman nila papayagan umuwi kapag nagpaalam ka ng uuwi ng 4 pm (7 to 4 ang working hours).. Thanks po!!

Yung holiday dalawang clase, regular at special, regular kung "pula" ang marka sa calendaryo, special kung "walang" marka na pula sa calendaryo.

kung regular holiday, may "option" sng empleyado na papasok or not pero kung papasok sya mataas ang matatanggap nya for that day only.

kung special holiday "hinde option" ng empleyado na papasok, considered as ordinary working day yan pero mataas ang iyong matatangap kasi may additional ka.

So yung feb 16 and 25 ay special holiday. May right yung supervisor na I require ka na pumasok.

Yung number of work hours naman pwede mo sya doon tirahin lalo na kung walang additional pay sa DOLE.
