Hi po atty,
I need advise po regarding my problem regarding to an accidental tap outside connection at my subleased business. Im subleasing to a residential lot where my pick and drop off laundry station. Nung nagsubleased po kasi ako when we asked the owner of the house kung saan icoconnect yun line for electricity ng small stall tinuro nya lang sa contractor ko na dun sa malapit sa kuntador which apparently hindi pa la dumaan sa meter without me knowing it since feb, 2015 and then nagkaroon ng investigation nung nov2015 nakita nga po na hindi na tap before the meter. My stall po is just using an 8watts cfl light n a socket for electricfan usage n a small. They billed my landlord 325k... Base po sa demand letter ininclude nung inspector yun ref n 2freezer ng landlord ko. I need help and advise?Im willing naman po to pay on what my stall has used which is an 8watts cfl light and 12inch electric fan usage po for the said duratin po. Sana po matulungan nyo ako.. Pick up n drop off lang po nglaundry. Wala po washing machine n dryer. Nasa main branch ko po yun mga washer n dryer.... Pls po need help
