Help, Rude Computer Shop Owners

this post was about my father that got agitated(used cursed words but did not hurt anybody) due to rude(very rude) computer shop owners.

ganito po yung nangyari. naglaro kasi yung kapatid kong babae sa computer shop about (8-10pm) then nag txt sya na pasundo kay papa pero naunahan ko yung tatay ko na pumunta doon at nahatid ko na pauwi yung kapatid ko.


dumating yung tatay ko sa bahay na galit dahil nung tinanong nya yung may ari kung nasaan yung kapatid ko. ang sagot ay "may nakita ka ba dyan? diba wala?!" and then "wala kaming pakielam sa mga naglalaro dito! kung gusto nila maglaro magbayad sila!" (yung may-ari may halong chinese)

nakainom si papa(di naman lasing na lasing, nakainom pa kami after nung nagyari hehe) kaya uminit yung ulo nya at inaway na yung may ari nung computer shop. binalik balikan nya ito, kinulit kulit.

nagkabaranngayan na nangyari. and it looks like that chinese is serious of filing of criminal case(kung meron).
my series of question is: ano yung pwede nilang ikaso sa tatay ko kung meron, ano naman ang pwede naming idenpensa?
also if i want to close that establishment(computer shop) due to rudeness, can i file against them?

Hopefully clearer heads will prevail over this lapse of judgment.  I suggest an apology (on both sides, initiated by your father) is in order, rather than closing an establishment because of rudeness.
