Im having a problem with the clearance process in my previous company,they keep on asking things I've already given them before hand. Like the hard and soft copy of grades for my students, I gave it already to them every end of the terms, can I do something legally about it?
And also we have cash bond which I know is illegal, they keep on deducting 300 EVERY SINGLE PAY DAY and if the pay day is sunday, they will give the salary on monday? Thats the first time that ive heard something about that so im thinking if its legal to do.
They dont have seperation pay
We don't have our own copy of the contract
I found out that they dont pay tax correctly
No health benefits
They keep on delaying signing the clearance
What are the things I could file to them and where I can complain?
