Hello,

Can I ask for advice if pwede bang makita ang last will and testament ng parents ko even my father is alive and what will happen if the attorney who is incharge of the will died already thanks.

You ask your father if he would allow to do that but take note that last will and testaments are always subject to change until death by the testator (ur father).

The death of the lawyer does not affect in any way the last will and testament of your father. He is not part of the last will. It is only your father and the 3 witnesses that matter.
