if the seven children had children of their own, they can represent their deceased parent.

Father died earlier, The mother died later after one year 2005, there are 6 Children already with family.
the six siblings are still not in agreement with the mamanahin until now.
What will happen is NOW we found Last will and testament now hidden in one closet.
The written in the will is all right because every body wil have equal share.
What we will do with the paper?
The paper seems nabubulok na, pero completo ng date and signature.
Medyo hindi malinaw ang handwriting but seems its our mother handwriting and it has complete signature.
Is it still valid will and testament?
