Buhay pa po ba tatay nyo?
Was it "donated" to the Baranggay?
Go to the Baranggay Hall and state your intention. If there are papers regarding the waiting shed, they may have it on file.

Yes buhay pa tatay ko,wala pong deed of donation ang waiting shed sa brgy. Verbal lang ang usapan,temporary lang at more than 20yrs ng nakatayo ngayon kailangan na namin yung lupa. Ano po ang kailangan, a letter of intention submit to brgy?

Yes, your father has to go to the barangay himself. It won't be hard to get the lot back since there are no papers showing it's been donated. Not sure if you have to pay for the waiting shed.
