You can file a criminal case (violation of Republic Act 9262 for economic abuse) against the father for lack of child support.

Just "curious" for an other case. If the father kuve i n province town, earn 8000p per month, support wife and 2 children, but don't support an other child he got with an other woman before that marriage. All the children are still preschool age.de_facto wrote:Hello. In addition to Atty. Katrina's advice, and to strengthen your case, you could try sending a demand letter to the father first. Just indicate there the amount you want to receive and the terms of the support. Give him a certain number of days within which to reply. If he ignores it, then you can file the 9262 case
