My boyfriend and I are planning to get married this year when his annulment finalized. He has a legitimate daughter from ex-wife and an illegitimate son by ex-girlfriend. He told me that if the ex-gf agreed to change the son's surname (since he's the biological father) like adoption. As a soon to be legal wife, would it be possible to adopt a child (within a marriage) without my knowledge and consent? He told me I shouldn't have the right to complain to any court since he's the natural father. Please help. Thanks and more power!
