hi. i need advice about is it possible to transfer a big amount of USD money to a PHP, speacially to a stranger?? ( like the other party said they will process the making of banks accounts! )

what are the documents needed in order to identify that the sistuation going on is not fake or scam?

Yes, it's possible.

However.

First. Any amount larger than 10K will raise flags with the IRS because of its source (was it a sale of property? Where did the money come from?).

Second. Sending it to a stranger? What are you buying?

Third. Someone else will open a bank account for you?

Before you agree to anything, do a little more digging. This smells like a scam from the start.
