I want to consolidate information as one of my friends having problem on his school dept. Their course department decided to hired outside agency for a plant tour department head However, disapproved the said tour for a reason of requiring huge amount of money ( 10,000 pesos each head )
the thing is before getting any approval students already paid and organizers ( students) signed contract w/ the outsourced company. The said company never communicate with them again and they want to reimburse all the money that each student paid. Any particular case they can file or must do?
I just find this so lame as only students pursuing to get the money back and not getting any help/support from the involved university, I believe it isn't enough power to have this thing resolved.
