I am not content in working in a hellish situation which is my current scenario since I cannot take anymore of my managers wrong doing. Working under him means violating my principle and values which I cannot accept plus the fact that he demoralized me.

If i go back to work under same manager its already a hellish situation even if I dont file for a case. Filing for a case if there is a valid case is more comfortable for me than not fighting for what is right. Which lead to my inquiry if what case should I file since I have evidences and witnesses

Hindi ka pa na-terminate. so hindi illegal dismissal.

Pero kung ang dating sa iyo ay iniipit ka para magsawa ka na lang at umalis, then constructive dismissal sya.
