good day!!!!may problem po ako. .kinasuhan po ung friend ko ng qualified theft ng dating boss nya. .dinala sya sa munisipyo at nkpag file po ng case laban sa knya. .my pina pirma po ung police officer sa knya. .considered po bang evidence un kahit pinilit lang sya na pirmahn un?!worth 300k poh ung amount involve. .tanong ko rin po kung nag file ng case ung boss nya ilang moth bago lumaba un?!pa2dalhan puba sya ng sulpina o kulong kaagad?!pwde po ba syang makulong non?!kung may proof of evidence ung boss nya?!kc po my signatory sa mga reciept ung boss nya. .salamat po

if it wasn't an admission of guilt, then hopefully it has no probative value. it can also be argued to be excluded as an uncounseled confession during custodial investigation

pwede puh cyang mkulong don sa amount na yon?!my piyansa puba ung kaso nya?! pwd pu bah cyang mag sumbong sa bir kc gumagamit cla ng fake reciept?! bali ung mataas na price nire2sibuhan nla dun sa fake reciept tapos ung mali2t na halaga sa original reciept nila nire2sibo. .anu pung parasu nung pinapagawa ng boss nila sa knila?!may hawak poh kcng ebedensya ung friend q dun sa mga reciept. .at maram i po ang mga ito. .tnx
