Hi. My mama's friend borrowed money to mama but mama is dead. This woman acknowledges she owed mama money and promised to pay me but never did.

What can I do about it? pls let me know.

the heirs have to appoint an administrator of the mother's estated and that person has the right to file a case to collect the money.
