My parents was hit by a motorcycle last June 2013. My mother died and my father sufffered from a dislocation of his bones on the pelvic area.
We filed two cases against the driver of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and slight physical injury.
Can we still file another case kc po the driver was drunk, he was not wearing helmet and he's license was expired?
Nakapag bail po ung driver and until now nakaklaya pa din po...he didnt offer any help or payment on us :(im an only child and Until now I'm still paying for the bills na gnamit dun sa pgakamaty at pagkaospital ng nanay at sa pagpapagamot ng tatay ko.
Please do help me po. I dont know what to do. Until now wala pong nangyayayari sa kaso. Hindi po kme binabaydan kc lageng wala at nag iipon pa daw ung nakabangga.
