Hi po! Super need lang po ng help. Nagpatulong po kaming maglakad ng late regiatration ng birth cert ng kasamabahay namin. Bali ngayon amg hinihingi po sa amin ay TOR niya for identity verifivation (kasi nagparegister po siya sa comelec na married at ginamit niya ung last name ng ka live in partner niya kaya magulo magprocess kasi un lang ung legal id na meron siya) eh hindi naman din po siya nakapag aral. Ano pa po bukod dun ang pwedeng isubmit para ma release na ung birth certificate niya (yun na lang daw po kasi ang kulang) If eber pwede na rin po ba ang barangay ID ?

Iapply mo siya ng Philhealth. Kaya lang dapat payment for three months.
Try mo rin Barangay Clearance. Kailangan establish ang residence for months tenure depende sa barangay.
