Hi Atty.,
I just want to ask if possible for me to file a late & new birth registration?
The reason why i want to do that is because the registration that the LCRO had for my birth certificate was 1984 but i was born 1985,so when I try to get an NSO copy there is no file, so i go back to QC LCRO and ask for a copy of registration and i found out that 1984 was my year of birth,I asked the atty in charge there and advice me to get a NSO copy of 1984 and file a case and prove evidence that i was born 1985 so my birth cert year will be change.
But i know that it will going to take too much time and money if im going to do that,so what im thingking if it is possible for me to just ignore that record since ever since im not using that on any of my public record and instead of just file a late and new registration.
What should i do to file a late and new registration?
