I just need some advice po regarding sa situation ko ngayon.
I applied in a company and with all luck, nakapasa ako sa process and now they want me to send the COE of my previous companies (5 years ago) to them for background check.
Wala naman pong problema sa first ko except lang po ng last 2 ko.
What happened was, nagstart po ako sa Company X ng Jan 2012 then resigned by July, then effectivity po sana ng July 27 (Friday).
Yun pinag-applyan ko po AKA Company Y, pinagsstart ako right away - like July 23 or else, they will terminate the contract and di na daw po ako tatanggapin if i didn't start daw po right away.
Sa takot ko po, I accepted the offer and filed 2 SLs sa Company X till Thursday and then nag last day pa po ako kay Company X ng July 27. So naging clear po and narelease COE ko without any liabilities.
And then, nung nagkaron po ng problem sa last company ko (Company Y), isa po ako sa kasamaang-palad na na-layoff nitong July 2015. Clear na po lahat with docs including COE.
Ang problema ko po is paano po pag nakita ng inaapplyan ko ngayon na may overlapping dates sa employment record ko. Bale:

Start date - Jan 2012
End Date - July 27, 2012
Company Y
Start Date - July 23, 2012
End Date - July 2015
Ano po kaya ang possible na maging complications nito sa record ko? Pwede pa po kaya ako kasuhan ni Company X regarding this? or even the present company na inaaplyan ko?
