Hi po sa lahat,

hihingi lang sana ako ng advice kung meron bang kasong pwedeng e file sa tao na ayaw e sa uli ang mga bagay na binigay mo? Ito kasi yun, noong kami pa binibigyan ko cya ng mga gamit tapos tinatago ko yung resibo para yung gamit nasa pangalan ko parin. Tapos ng naghiwalay na kami gusto ko ng bawiin ang mga binigay ko. May kaso po ba akong pwedeng e file? kasi ayaw niyang e sa.uli yung mga gamit. Salamat

kusang loob mo ba ibinigay? or ipinagamit mo lang with agreement na ibalik? kung ipinagamit mo lng temporarily, pwede sampaan ng estafa due to abuse of confidence.
