I have a credit from a shop.

We had an agreement until I pay if meron na akong pera for the matter.

Pero wala pa akong pera as of now.
Kinakaya ko namang inuunti unti. Til such time na wala na muna talaga akong maihuhulog.

Nagchat siya sa akin na if hindi pa daw ako makakabayad, magsesend daw sa ng letter kung san ako nagwowork.

WHAT'S THE CONNECTION OF SENDING LETTER TO WHERE I WORK?

IS IT TO INSULT ME PUBLICLY BEFORE MY CO-EMPLOYEES? or WHAT?

I think the letter will be in the concept of a demand letter which is a pre-requisite para maka-exercise ng right niya na makapaningil by resorting to courts.
