Good evening everyone!
I'm just new here,I'm anne I have a 4 y/o child from my past relationship..I'm happily married to my British hubby..here is my query...need your advice
What is the right of his bio to my son?? and can I bring my son with me to settle in the other country if he doesnt want to sign for the consent??Does the relatives of my son's biological father has right to my son as well??

Yes he did sign the birth certicate..but it was noted there that my child status is ILLEGITIMATE bcoz were not married..

as for travelling with your child, philippine law has no prohibition. i cannot speak about foreign law such as in the UK. you should confirm with an immigration lawyer from where you are going.

as for the father, he has rights to visit the child plus the obligation to provide support
