Good day mga sir, i would just like to ask for a counsel i am currently working sa isang center for 4 years now, i would just like to ask i am being charged with TOGGLING (logging in and out of the queue) i was charged before with the same issue and i already served 1 year of no occurence for the same case as its sanction. Then just recently after my sanction has expired another charge was being pressed against me. Take note with the same boss whom issued the charge before.
1. Ang nakakapagtaka lang po is bakit after maexpire ng sanction ko na 1 year another charge is being pressed against me. (Pede ko bang kasuhan ng harrasment yung boss ko na seems like pinag iinitan ako? Kase napaka unusual naman na kakatapos lang ng sanction ko gnun ulit. I stand firm na it was a system issue not intended by the agent; also ang dating kc nung charges is imposible kc for the rest of the year serving my sanction there are no instance na im doing the same thing but right just after mag expire aun nnaman.)
2. Amongst everyone na ksma ko sa floor na i know they are intentionally doing that are not being pressed with the same charge. ( ako lang ang may gnung case)
3. Im willing to undergo due process like case conferrence together with employee relations ang fear ko lang po am i subject for termination sa case na to na even i myself cant explain why my log ins are always going in and out.
