Hi po, Gusto ko lang po mag tanong kung kailangan po ba sapilitan yung pagbgay ng sustento sa anak kahit po wala akong trabaho sa ngayon at kailangan po ba na sila ang mag didikta sakin ng lugar at kung san ako magtratrabaho. Thanku po..

Yes. Right of a child yun to receive support from his parents, and nasa Family Code natin yun.

Kung hirap ka sa finances ngayon, talk to them as nicely as you can that you are currently looking for a job since wala ka pang mahanap as of now. There is no such provision in the law that gives the children/other party any power to dictate what kind of job you should have, as long as you are able to support your children with their daily needs...

Hello po. Singlemother po ako. Ang anak ko ay binibigyan ng sustento ng 1k/month ng father nya. Hindi po ito sapat sa mga pangangailangan ng anak ko. Nagtratrabaho po sya (father) sa Hyundai. Mataas na po ang position nya duon. Pero yan 1k lng ang ibinibigay nya. Ayaw nya nman po makipag usap sa akin. Ipinadadaan lng sa Parents nya. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?
