Arresto Menor

i worked at EXPERT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS in Cubao. last august, i was on leave because of family issues. then last sept. 18, 2015 i told my supervisor na kailangan ko ng mag resign. she then told me to send a resignation letter to her email. she told me to date it on October 1, 2015. i sent the reaignation letter and messaged her if ahe already recieved it. she did not respond. since then she never responded to any of my messages. to my surprise, i recieved a letter from the company, a return to work order, another letter which is an attendance advisory and another letter which is a termination notice dated september 28, 2015. nagulat ako kasi nung time na sinendan nila ako mg return to work order, buong akala ko e na process na yung resignation ko. i want to file a legal complaint because i feel that hindi fair yung action na ginawa ng supervisor ko. pls help me

You can file a complaint at the nlrc then negotiate that your status be considered resigned.
