Arresto Menor

Gusto ko lang po magtanong kung legal to. Im currently working in a recruitment firm as a probationary employee. Shifting po kami at kahit morning (8:30am) or night shift (1:00pm) ay 10pm-12mn parin po ang out ko. Wala pong over time pay kahit 14 hours kami sa office. Task based daw po kasi yung compensation hindi per hour. Makakauwi lang kami pag tapos na yung nakaassign na task samin. Madalas madami at never pa kaming nakauwi ng maaga sa 9pm kahit morning shift. Legal po ba yun?

I have to render 8 hours of work each day for 5 days a week. Pero verbal po sinabi samin that we have to extend working hours until we are done with our task. Pero pansin ko po kasi parang nagiging normal na yung out namin ng 8am to 10pm Sad

Hindi naman po kami "required" to work until midnight, however the task given to us is hard to finish within just the normal working hours. Mapapaextend ka talaga. Eh yun nga, kelangan matapos yun task within the day. Wala rin po yung overtime pay. Ang over time pay lang daw po is when they request that we need to stay for longer hours. So kahit 14 kami sa office wala yung ot.
