I started working po sa isang company last march 2012 wala po ako contrata na pinirmahan as employee kaya wala po ako scope of work. then ng leave po aq ng oct 2012 as vacation leave then bumalik po ako ng jan 2013. hangang ngayon po wala pa rin po ako contarata na pinirmahan sa company as an employee nila. until now po di pa po ako regular ang pagkakaalam ko kasi dapat 6 months na evaluate ka na para ma regular na. then regarding din po sa working hours 48 hrs lang po ang normal working hours nag isang employee but in my case i almost work 8hrs in 6 days a week sum of 56 hrs tama po ba yung ginagawa ng compny na pingtratrabahuhan ko as an employee po nila and i heard din po once na naregular po ako walang benifits na entitled sa akin. pls help need advice.

Hi Guys,

Need advise. New establish company eto sa Pinas. Based sa contract, mareregular kami after 3mos. once above 75% ang rating naming sa performance. And stated sa contract na additional 1 year contract (meaning dun lang magssabi ang may-ari kung itutuloy nila ang business sa Pinas or hindi). As advise ng HR, once ma regular kami at I-pull out ni businessman ang company sa Pinas, BM (businessman) will pay us.

What's happening right now is we are on the 5 month, and we don't have any legal letter stating na regular employee kami. My question is, what will be my action just in case (in worst scenario) eh tanggalin kami sa company? Knowing na di naman kami regular employee pa. Ano po ang laban ko/naming kung sakali man mangyari ito?

Need lang advise at hawak ko ang 2 staff. At least sa simula pa lang alam ko na ang pwede maging action. Thanks in advance guys...
