hi atty,

ask ko lng po pede po ba isabay ng agency ang 13th month pay or bonus nila sa regular cutoff?

kc every cutoff nila binibigay na daw nila ung bonuses ng empleyado nila worth 300 - 310/cutoff kaya wala na daw makukuha ung mga empleyado nila na 13th month bonus and one thing never pa po nag bigay ng payslip ung agency. lagi nilang sinasabi na yung payslip ay nasa other branch.
