Arresto Menor

Hi I am currently working in Singapore. I want to secure a police clearance from UAE embassy in Singapore for the purpose of applying my permanent residence in Australia. Since I left Dubai last 2009 I have not settled my personal loans and credit card. My question is I am not sure if the Banks already file a case against me, in the event that I have a case by securing a police clearance in Singapore and they found out that I am a debt faulted in Dubai can they arrest me here and put me in jail. Thank you.
