I'm working in a BPO company. I was suspended 30 days for a grave offense which is changing customer email address with a derogatory word. We are allowed to change email but not if there is a derogatory word. I followed the suspension process. Submitted my explanation & I also undergone a case conference. After 35 days my decision is a final warning & I can go back to work. Question is, I am not paid for my 30 days suspension because I was found guilty. Is it excessive for my penalty? I plead not guilty, there is lack of evidence from the company. No records for any violation for 6 years. Attendance nearly perfect for 6 years. Stated in the decision that because of my tenure ship I can still get back to work. But I believe their decision is too much for me. I don't deserve it. Please help. Thanks.

Their decision was valid and fair.

You can be paid for the 30-day preventive suspension IF you were absolved completely (found not guilty) of the offense.

Since you were given a sanction (final warning) then everything is in order.
