We have an employee and he complaint that he was under illegal suspension.
The scenario goes like this:
Nakipagsagutan siya sa isang empleyado namen. Tinamaan yung policy sa Handbook namen.
Sec 5.02 Uttering words, doing acts, or making gestures to a superior which are manifestly or insulting, or grossly disrespectful to the latter.
(Pagbigkas ng mapanirang salita, gawa o kilos sa kapwa empleyado o nakatataas na hayagang pagpapakita ng insulto pangkalahatang kawalang ng respeto sa nabangggit.
7-15 days suspension yung SANCTION for that.
He complained to NLRC for illegal suspension.
