Arresto Menor

Hi, I am private employee and i would like to ask if there is a certain case that a company can file against me if I have occured negligence on my duty due to wrong report that I submitted. I already filed my resignation but they didn't do any action on it but they already recieved my letter. So now, im planning to be on AWOL. I just want to know is there any case that is related to negligence? what will be the effect of it on me. cause im planning to enroll in PNTC for me to go Japan. Thank you so much. Asking for your advice.
