Mai firmado na Deed of Sale sa lupa subalit un salitaang/verbal na usapan ai mortgage... i.e. . con mabaiadan un utang punitin an Deed of Sale...
jindi binaiadan an loan not even share nan income from the property for over 14 years... despite demand to pay the loan ..dajil dito pinalipat ng buyer an title sa pangalan nia after 20 yrs.

tanong co maijabol ba un seller basado sa verbal agreement?

matua aco sa ano mung comentario o fallo..
