It is our company's practice to provide regularization increase, in case I have not received any since my evaluation is not yet processed (after working for more a year). If I would have to resign without my performance evaluation after months of being a regular employee, can I oblige the company for the increase and the retro pay since it is a customary practice to them?

if i were the company's lawyer, i would argue that you are not entitled to it because there is no legal obligation to provide an increase even if it appears customary
