Hi everyone. Newbie here. Smile I am a representative of my current employer which is a manning agency and we intended to open a recruitment branch at southern region of mindanao (Philippines). It is only for recruitment activity which has no income. Do we still need to file income taxes at BIR even if our branch office doesn't earn a cent of income?

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Regards,

In general: Yes.

Why having an office, which have no income??? Smile It's a big risk BIR will not believe you...

"branch office"
With the head office in the Philippines or abroad?
I don't know, but it can be worth checking if BIR can find it ok with a (Filipino) headoffice handling all the documents for your branch office too.
