My business closed and I'm bankrupt but I have loans, can I file for banruptcy?

Arresto Menor

I made cash loans using my credit card and invested it in a business.  But my business collapsed and now I'm totally broke.  Can I file for bankruptcy?  I can't even pay the minimum amount because I don't have a fulltime job plus we're going to have our first baby and this is our priority now.  My husband and I are not yet married because he has problem with his NSO record here.  Will he also be held responsible for the loans I made? Thank you.
