Can I be arraigned if my lawyer is not present? pede bang ma force ako ng court ma arraigned if I didn't accept the services of PAO lawyers?

Yes, mag-assign ng counsel de officio sa iyo during the arraignment (for purposes of arraignment only). Marami naman lawyers sa court room. If you want to hire your private lawyer thereafter, it's your option.
