Arresto Menor

I received an Order and Notice of Arraignment from a regional court, but I failed to come, what will be the right thing to do about this? by the way, I violated an anti-littering law in a certain area of Metro Manila that is why MMDA filed a case against me and that is the cause of the Notice of Arraignment.

Visit the court asap and check the status of the case. For your absence, the court might have issued a warrant of arrest. If so, you can post bail.
