Arresto Menor

Good am po. Itatanong ko lang po kc yung nanay ko, may credit card sya, 2 kaso hndi n po niya nababayaran kasi wala na po siyng trabaho retired na po siya. Pinadalhan na po siya ng final demand letter ng bangko. binigyan po sya ng 5days n ma settle ung account nya to spare embarrassment, inconvenience and additional expenses that a court litigation entails. Ano po ba ang pwede niyang gawin? May sakit sa puso pa nmn po ang nanay ko. Salamat po
