problem about credit card

good day! yung wife ko kc may utang pa sa BPI credt card worth 240 thousand... meron sya dollar acoount sa BPI Family amounting 240thousand in peso na. yung dollar acount na yun dati sa mom nya,kaya lng namatay na.Humingi ng mga requirements ang bank para malipat sa pangalan nya yung dollar acount so nag comply sya, nailipat na sa name nya.. last year may tumawag sknya agent na nag offer ng credit card tas after one week lng naibgay n yung credit card,pro wla nmn sya ibinigay n requirements at hnd sya nagrequest nun.. unti unti nagamit nya expecting na may dadting sya pera pag narelease n yung dollar acount nya.hangang ngyon n umabot na yung utang nya sa limit nya n 240thousand,hnd pa rin marelease yung dollar nya.. ang tanung ko po,may posibility po b na makulong sya pag di nabayaran yung utang nya sa credit card??? walang wla po kc kmi ngyn.. salamat po. I'm not a lawyer or anything pero i've done researched din sa credit card. as long as walang nag bounced na check at hindi ka lumipad ng residential at office address mo wala silang way na kasuhan ka.

IF ever may mga masilip sila pwede ka nila kasuhan dahil fraudulent act na iyon para sa kanila.

good day po. tanung ko lang po kung anu dapat gawin kung my letter na po kasi kami sa law of offces about po sa credit card. 10months na po namin hndi nabayaran tumaas na ng tumaas yun bill namin, hindi po kc kami makabayad kasi tumaas na yun bill dahil sa mga ineterest.. ang min po ay hindi namin kaya bayaran. ngayon po meron na kami letter. kinakausap ko po sila kung pede bayaran namin every month ng kaya namin pero hindi na maginterest pa.. pede po ba yun? thanks po

Most of these law offices that sends demand letters are collection agents. Some will offer a compromise so that you can sort of restructure the debt.
