If parents where married in 1970, is the property considered conjugal since they purchased it in the 1980's and there is a Deed of sale? My mom died in 1991, we are a total of six children. Now my dad already have a live-in partner and had a child. I would like to know what are our rights in relation to the properties? Thank you!

Depends on whose money was used to purchase the house:
1. Both parents
1/2 of the property belongs to the father, 1/2 to the 6 children and the father
2. Father only
The house belongs to the father alone. If he dies, it will belong the 7 children. The illegitimate child gets 1/2 of the share of a legitimate child. That is 1:1:1:1:1:1:1/2 or 2:2:2:2:2:2:1
3. Mother only
Father and the 6 children equally
