Good day

kasal po ako pero 1yr na kame hiwalay, ngayon po yung mother ko ay my binili na bahay para sa may matitirhan kame dati ng aking asawa. rights lng po yng nabili ng mother ko na ipinangalan po sa akin.
gusto ko po sana malaman kung my karapatan po ba yng ex-wife ko po para sa bahay na binili ng mother ko?

ano po ba ang puwede ko gawin para mailipat sa name ng mother ko po yng deed of sale?

what are these rights that she purchased? does this mean there is no tax declaration or title covering the property?

opo atty. wla pa po title yng bahay po namen, nasa NHA na daw ang bahala kung kailn nila ibibigay yung title ng lupa nmen. sa ngaun po ang katibayan lang na amen yung bahay ay deed of sale lang na pinagawa nung nagbenta sa amen na naka pangalan po sa name ko

you can sell your rights over the property to your mother with the NHA's consent. inquire with the nha if this can be done

atty nung binili nman po ng mother ko yun dna kme humingi ng consent pa sa NHA bsta ngpagwa lng po sa atty yng ngbenta samen ng deed of sale.
ibg sbhn po atty wlang kraptan yng ex wife ko kht ibenta ko pa po yung bahay ng di nia alm? or kaht di ko ibenta wla na po cia karaptan d2 sa bahay?

oh she can go after the property. if she does, you will have to prove that the property was given to your by your mother who paid for it.

atty yung ngbenta po saka po mga testigo ang nkaka alam po na mother ko ang nagbayad po para dun sa bahay na binili nia po...
saka alam din po ng ex wife ko po na mother ko ang bumili nung bahay pinangalan lang po sa akin...

my question to you is that once the property is paid for, will the NHA recognize that it should be named to you. do you mean the NHA listed you already as the beneficiary?

the deed of sale between you and the former owner does not bind the NHA. perhaps it is possible to ask the NHA how to transfer the rights to the property to your mother's name from the previous owner.

no atty. sa association lng po kailngan magpa member para po in the future my record na po sila incase na ibigay na ng NHA yung mga lupa po dito sa lugar namen...

anong CMP po atty? basta ang nangyri lang po atty ay binili ng mother ko yung bahay po walang title na kasama dahil nga po nasa NHA pa daw yung title. so ang pinalagay po ng mother ko sa deed of sale is name ko po, pero yung pagbabayad po ay mother ko ang nagabot dun sa nagbebenta kase nga po alam nung nagbebenta na mother ko ang bibili pero ipinangalan lang po sa akin atty.

a cmp is a community mortgage program. do you have monthly payments to the association? inquire with the association how to transfer the property to your mother.
