Good day.. Just want to know, what are the possible penalties of spreading/posting someone's sex scandal on social media and/or other websites?
Or is there an existing law about it?
I'm not taking up law, but i just want to help a friend of mine because one of her private video was posted by someone(which is probably her ex) on social media and which apparently appeared on some websites.
