I'm a regular employee for 7 mos. I resigned because I'm was hospitalised for several times due to nature if work/graveyard schedule. I have given to them all medical docs for my immediate resignation coz I didn' t render 30 days because of the said medical reason. My questions are, am I still liable fir the training bond? Is bond legalin the phils? Appreciate youe help...
