hi good day.
im new to this forum.
i would like to ask for your advises since im planning to sue the company for moral damages.
i was working as a call center agent, an outsourcing agent to be specific, for 3 years and i am one of the top employees of the company.

July 1, 2015 -- 11o'clock PM, when i was working on my DESK our call center director approached me together with 2 POLICE officer.
the call center director secured a blotter on the police station against me for alleged stealing of a client of the company.
here's a short story.
my client for 3 years abroad, cancelled his subsription over the comapny last April or May (im not sure about the month).
since i am his Virtual assistant for almost 3 years, the client want me to be still his Virtual Assistant, since he dont have enough time to do training with new people.
so after 2 week after the client cancellation on the company.
i started working with him, he paid me upfront via paypal.
and then weeks passed until we get to the point where the July 1, 2015 incident happen.
the call center director brought a police officer on the floor while on duty, with 300+ agent working.
the police officers didn't touch me or didn't say any thing.
when i was on the office with the call center director together with the executive project manager and the two policemen
the call center director straightly tells me that i STOLE a client of a company. that's why the client cancelled their subscription.
the call center director tells me that i am a criminal cause i stole the client's company.
i was so embarrassed to everybody on the floor about what happened.
the time when he tells me that i'm a criminal he want me to put to jail for alleged stealing of client.
everytime i defend myself the call center director always shout at me ... and and say "say that in court if you want".
until we come up on a situation which the call center director told to
"aminin mo nlng ang ginawa mo at di ka naman ipapakulong" or "i cocontest mo yan at itataas natin sa court ang file na toh, since di rin naman kami ang magbabayad ng attorney's fee so pumili ka .. gagastos ka o aamin ka nlng".
since im just a low-baller person i was so afraid to hire ng attorney since i found it very expensive and i dont have the money to do it.
so i come up on a decision to admit it over the table.
i signed a PROMISE LETTER addressed to the owner of the company that says
"i promise not to work with this particular client anymore ..... and blah blah blah".
he forced me to write a resignation letter and told me that i will be issued an IR which says "breach of company trust"
so in short i wrote a resignation letter and not terminated, together with a breach of company trust IR.
and after the meeting we head straight to the police station and withdrew the blotter against me upon "setting it on company level"
so after the police station.
we head straight to the company and i signed an exit form and after that, i go home.
and then this particular call center director told everyone on the floor that the reason why i was kicked out of the company is because i SCAMMED a person over the internet. which i didnt do!
i want to defend myself over the court after days and days of thinking, i lost my job and i cant sleep upon remembering the time where the police officer escorted me on the floor while on duty, people are wondering what happend since i was apprehended by a police office in short HIYANG HIYA ako..
gusto ko syang kasuhan sa mga moral and emotional damages na nabigay nya sa akin.
PS: i would like to ask for the certificate of employment po naman sana mabibigyan kaya ako..
maraming salamt po sa mga tutulong.
