Arresto Menor

Good day po sa lahat ng makakabasa nito lalo na sa makakapagbigay ng linaw. Nag hearing po kasi kami sa barangay hindi po nag attend yong complainant mismo pero yong kapatid nya nag appear for the hearing on her behalf. Nag pa sue po sila sa barangay ng motion for execution pero ang pumirma po eh ang kapatid sa taas ng pangalan nung complainant. Tinanong kopo yong clerk ng barangay sabi ok lang dw po yon. Tanong ko po ok lang po ba talaga yon? eh hindi naman nya pangalan yong pinirmahan nya..wla man lang ni kahit slash oh ano. Please need clarification.
