Hi,

Our company has its own regulation about tardiness and absences. I just want to know if its legal.

The company regulation was, if we were late for less than an hour, they will not deduct our salary.
But if we were late for :
1.) 1 hour and up - 200.00 pesos penalty
2.) 2 hour and up - 400.00 pesos penalty

is that legal?

Don't be late.

They're giving you a 1 hour grace period already so that's a good thing.
